  • A book published by the authority of govt. of any country. 
  • Which deals with the scientific facts and logical attitude of the rules and regulations of standerdisation of drug substances, containing directions for collecting drug materials from different sources, and preparing, preserving, compounding and combining of various drugs.

  • UNOFFICIAL PHARMACOPOEIA – published by any person or pharmaceutical company
